Niche Inspector is award a Kickstart Top HatNiche Inspector

Niche InspectorNiche Inspector is a new program that has been getting some good reviews. It has a very interesting sales page with a well produced demo video. But when I was asked my opinion of it by a Kickstart reader I couldn't make any real comment because I didn't own it.

That soon changed!

I was intrigued enough by the sales page and impressed enough by the many comments about the program that I'd seen that I decided to splash out and buy it for myself - so I can give you a hands-on review. And answer my reader'squestion with some authority!

The basic premise of Niche Inspector is that it is a tool that allows you to quickly and easily find profitable niches that you may otherwise never stumble across. It is not primarily intended to be a keyword research tool - it is a niche research tool. But it happens to do the keyword research stuff very well!

So what does it do?

Niche Inspector will create a list of keywords for you, based on your initial input. So if you input, for example, 'dog training' and tell it that you want to dig down to find 1000 (or any number you select) of related phrases, it will go off and get them for you. Then it finds the number of searches, the results in the big three search engines, the number of AdSense ads and the likely bid value of those ads.

So far, pretty much the same information that Keyword Elite gathers in projects one and two. Quite honestly, Niche Inspector seems to gather its data faster and more efficiently than Keyword Elite, but that may be subjective.

You can also give Niche Inspector your own list of keywords for it to analyze - a very powerful option.

However, it is only AFTER it has done its keyword research that Niche Inspector really comes into its own. The second phase is the analysis of the data and you are provided with a comprehensive set of tools and filters that make drilling down and finding highly profitable keywords and phrases extremely fast and easy.

The Niche Inspector sales page, and the special report that you can get there (even if you don't have any interest in buying Niche Inspector, get this free report because it is incredibly good) appears to stress that the program is used mainly for AdSense site builders. As many people will say, Adsense as a site monetization model is declining, so does that mean that Niche Inspector is no longer of value?

No. AdSense is just one way (and not even the best way) that you can use the information that Niche Inspector provides. It is excellent for people who build affiliate websites, perfect if you want to create your own info products, great for article marketers and bloggers.

Best of all, for people like me who don't really want to face a huge steep learning curve with every new program we buy, Niche Inspector is designed to be very easy and instinctive to use. There is a user manual, but I have not needed to refer to it once. This is one well-designed program!

I am very grateful to my reader for asking his question on the Kickstart forum because it has caused me to find a gem of a program that I now use virtually every day. And if you try it out, I'm sure you will too.

My initial trial was very favorable.

Now I've had more time to put Niche Inspector through its paces my opinion has just gone up and up. I said that I saw NI as a niche discovery tool rather than a keyword research tool. The more I've used it though, the more I see that it is both - and very good it is at both jobs.

I've used, and loved, Keyword Elite for a long time, but must admit that it contains functions and features that I've never understood, let alone used! Niche Inspector is much more about ease-of-use. It does everything that I need of it, but without the layers of complexity.

I'm now such a Niche Inspector convert that I've created a video to walk you through the program (the video on Niche Inspector's sales page is much slicker than mine but hopefully I can bring a user's perspective to it.)

One particular feature excites me a lot. You can paste in a list of words and then ask Niche Inspector to analyze it for you. That can be huge! Other keyword research programs can do this trick, but Niche Inspector's implementation is  particularly easy to use.

You'll see what I mean on my video.

I like this feature so much that I'm about to do something very special for you.

Over the last couple of years I have developed huge lists of words that I've extracted from public domain dictionaries. These lists of weird, wonderful and sometimes wacky words are de-duped and tend to be mainly nouns. Each list contains between 500 and 1500 words and there are around 60 of them altogether!

I use these lists to brainstorm new market ideas, but Niche Inspector makes that task amazingly efficient. You just feed NI one of the lists, set it running and come back later to find sold-gold niches and sub-niches that you may never have dreamed of.

If you wanted to create such lists for yourself the time and effort it would take would be considerable.

I've never shared these lists with anyone before. They are my own secret weapon. But now I'm going to let you get your hands on 15 of my word lists.

I've created 25 randomly selected packages of 15 lists (each list will contain between 500 and 1500 words) and have reserved them for the first 25 people who buy (or who have already bought) Niche Inspector through my link. Just email me your confirmation receipt and I'll send you your individual list pack.
